Main Responsibilities
Program and product ideation
Manages specific products and programs to ensure the educational targets are met and the products meet business expectations
Responsible for program or product scoping with given targets (performing clinical and market scoping, developing related business and feasibility plan resulting in formal project document) in close collaboration with Education Design, Finance and other stakeholders
Develop and maintain deep understanding of the target group(s) and their educational needs, including the competitive landscape, existing offerings decision making processes, and funding sources.
Monitor trends to consult assigned target groups and support the innovation process
Support in defining the vision of a product and drives the ideation process with key stakeholders
Program and product development management
Perform program or product planning for their specific program or product (allocation of resources, responsibilities, and interfaces)
Work closely with Education Design in the creation of the product / program
Collaborate with Marketing and Education Events to ensure a successful launch and running of the new product
Drive implementation planning and support with given targets
Program and product lifecycle management
Monitor product using established KPIs and reporting, conduct quality controlling
Manage and oversee program and product adjustments
Monitor and report project progress and finances incl. budget planning, risk analysis and mitigation
Prepare project governance meetings; document and implement governance decisions
Run project communication with internal and external contributors and stakeholders
Partnership management
Involve, manage, and coordinate between relevant partners and vendors on the respective program or product level
Marketing & Sales management
Conduct initial market research
Together with Marketing, develop product/program strategy with regards to price, place (distribution), and promotion
Main Requirements
Min 3 years in a Product Manager/Product Owner role, preferably in a medical/education environment
Proven experience in program/product management, preferably within education, healthcare, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of educational needs, target group dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and senior leaders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and managing competing priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
Strong project management capabilities, including budgeting, risk management, and governance
English fluency is mandatory (written and oral skills). German language skills preferred.
