Our client in Visp is looking for a QC Analyst for a long-term need within the team.

You will be responsible for execution of routine analytics as well as method development and validation activities in the Quality Control Department while ensuring compliance with all existing GMP and safety standards in the area of responsibility.

The tasks mainly include:

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain quality control equipment and machinery.
• Perform tests and assess random product samples to ensure minimum pre-defined standards are met.
• Aggregate test data and document results of testing.
• Receive, store, and complete appropriate paperwork for samples submitted to the QC laboratories for testing.
• Perform routine cleaning activities.
• Maintain an inventory of samples and dispose as required.
• Support in the release of materials.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on designated instruments.
• Supply materials to the QC laboratory.

Qualifications - Education: Lab technician or equivalent or bachelor in Chemistry/Biotechnology.

Required Skills - Work Experience: Quality Control, Entry Level 0-4 years.

Preferred Skills - Language: German mandatory / English is a plus.
