Assistant Manager ASM (m/w) - Premium Accessories

For a leading Lifestyle brand with store location on the famous Bahnhofstrasse, Zurich-City, we are currently looking for their new ASM / Deputy manager in order to support the Store Manager in leading the team, improving sales, showcasing the brand and ensuring the most effective store operations.

POSITION

Leading the Team

• Assist in recruiting, integrating, and training new staff
• Inspire team members to excel in customer service and skills development
• Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment
• Resolve conflicts impartially and hold regular meetings for effective communication
• Drive team performance to meet sales goals
• Improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure excellent customer service and a unique shopping experience
• Maintain knowledge of collections and stock availabilities

Brand Representation

• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards
• Educate the team on merchandising principles

Store Management

• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with labor laws
• Monitor financial procedures and analyze sales results
• Facilitate efficient communication within the hierarchy

Store Organization

• Ensure proper maintenance of the store, stockroom, and materials
• Oversee logistical tasks like deliveries, stock management, and inventory
• Maintain security and hygiene standards

PROFILE

• Relevant education within Retail, Sales, Management
• Experience in Retail sales and in store (deputy) management
• Highly customer oriented and versed into customer care and experience
• Strong drive and initiative
• Prior experience in PR and marketing activities
• Proficient in sales strategy
• Skilled with numbers, budgeting and some financials
• High commitment to a brand and employer
• Open to flexible schedules and various work shifts Mon-Sat
• Fluency in GER / ENG, other languages would represent an advantage
• Rather casual in Style, but strict in his / her Professionalism
