For our sales department at DHL Express (Schweiz) AG in Regensdorf, we are looking for a Telesales Executive m/w/d 100%.

Your Tasks:

  1. You manage a customer portfolio of around 500 SME companies (with a sales responsibility of approximately 2 million) through various communication tools such as telephone, virtual meetings, and video messages. You are responsible for developing your portfolio's activity, acquiring new customers, and retaining existing ones.
  2. Based on a proactive consulting approach, you identify customer needs and promote our services, fostering further development within your portfolio.
  3. You acquire and retain new customers based on leads provided by our Lead Qualification department.
  4. You ensure that current conditions align with our tariff and volume policies.
  5. You collaborate closely with our Field Sales Channel to identify larger potentials within your portfolio.

Skills:

  1. Previous experience in sales (training period or full-time role).
  2. Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, based on a consulting approach.
  4. Excellent customer service orientation and a strong sense of quality.
  5. You are autonomous, organized, and disciplined.
  6. Team player in an international environment.
  7. Interest and understanding of logistics and transport.
  8. Comfortable with virtual communication tools (Skype, Teams, Zoom, Loom).
