The Franke Cyber Resilience Services is a global function dedicated to enhancing the cyber resilience of the Franke Group. Join us to work with an international team, gaining exposure to cutting-edge security solutions from top vendors and managed service providers. Our scope includes protection strategies for cloud environments, IoT, and Industry 4.0 automation.

Your tasks
  • Develop incident detection and response strategies using deep technical expertise, collaborating with our Managed Detection and Response provider.
  • Protect Franke against security incidents by identifying, analyzing, and containing complex incidents escalated to Level 2 and 3.
  • Manage and improve the vulnerability management program across IT and OT environments, prioritizing mitigation based on business risk.
  • Act as the primary contact for technical queries related to vulnerabilities and security incidents.
  • Research emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques to support proactive detection and response.
  • Collaborate with external penetration testers, threat hunters, and contribute to internal red team activities to assess and strengthen security posture.
Your profile
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role, especially within:
    • A Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT), CERT, CSIRC, or SOC.
    • Managing vulnerability programs for IT/OT assets.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • A proactive self-starter capable of resolving complex security scenarios by leveraging experience and security resources.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%).
