Als ICT System Engineer mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Phone System Management / Teams Phone und Skype for Business bist du mitverantwortlich für die Betreuung und Verwaltung der Voice Services. Du arbeitest mit an der Störungs- und Problemlösung auf 2nd Level-Ebene, bist als Engineer of Duty zentrale Anlaufstelle und beteiligst dich am dispatchen sowie an Pikett Einsätzen.

• Verwaltung und Wartung der Skype for Business Infrastruktur und Phone System Management / Teams Phone, Verba und Competella Services.
• Erbringen von 2nd Level Support bei Störungen und Problemen
• Umsetzen von Service- und Change Requests
• Arbeiten im agilen Umfeld mit Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten im Team

Deine Skills:

• Abgeschlossene Lehre / Studium in Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Skype for Business und/oder Phone System Management / Teams Phone Umgebungen wünschenswert
• Erfahrung im 2nd Level Support und der Störungs- sowie Problembehebung
• Erfahrung mit PowerShell-Skripting und Automatisierung
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
