Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer with a strong background in creating and optimizing operational manuals of a Commercial Building. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient and seamless operational processes by developing comprehensive manuals that guide teams through procedures, protocols, and best practices.

As a Process Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Operational Manual Development:

1. Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive operational manuals outlining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.
2. Collaborate with various departments to gather information and insights for manual creation.

Process Optimization:

1. Analyze existing operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

1. Work closely with teams across the organization to understand their processes and requirements.
2. Provide guidance and support to ensure adherence to established procedures.

Quality Assurance:

1. Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of operational manuals.
2. Conduct regular reviews and updates to reflect changes in processes or industry standards.

Problem Solving:

1. Address operational challenges by conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
2. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize processes.

Documentation and Reporting:

1. Maintain accurate records of process changes, updates, and improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Process Engineer with a focus on Commercial Buildings' operational manual development.
3. Strong knowledge of industrial processes, equipment, and safety standards.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
6. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
7. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
8. Good knowledge of French and English written and spoken.

Preferred Skills:

1. Advanced proficiency in process simulation and modelling tools.
2. Experience with process automation and control systems.
3. Project management skills for coordinating process improvement initiatives.
