Lead Developer (.NET)

Our client is a global innovator and world leader in technology, known for its recognisable brand. They are growing and seeking a technically skilled Lead Developer with strong .NET, Angular 12+, and DevOps expertise to lead and develop an established Full Stack Development team.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and grow the Full Stack Development team.
2. Drive innovation and modernise platform architecture.
3. Own the technical roadmap and implement best practices.
4. Collaborate closely with the Head of Technology and other stakeholders.
5. Work with clients and manage expectations effectively.
6. Partner with multidisciplinary teams including directors, managers, architects, engineers, and C-suite clients such as Amazon, Microsoft, and Google.

Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, Angular 12+, and DevOps.
• Leadership and mentoring skills in a technical environment.
• Experience working with clients and managing expectations.
• Based in Switzerland with the right to work there.

Salary: 120,000 CHF – 130,000 CHF + Bonus + Benefits
