As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions across various industries and domains.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • SuccessFactors Configuration: Configuring various SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, and Learning.
  • HCM Configuration: Configuring various HCM modules such as Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits.
  • Process Optimization: Analyzing existing HR processes and recommending improvements to streamline operations across both SuccessFactors and on-premise HCM systems.
  • Data Migration: Overseeing the migration of HR data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM.
  • Testing and Implementation: Participating in system testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities for both SuccessFactors and SAP HCM implementations.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Providing ongoing support and maintenance for SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors implementation and support, with a strong focus on at least 3 core modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
  • Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, and Learning.
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including OM, PA, Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits.
  • Experience in configuring complex HR processes and workflows within both SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
  • Proficiency in data migration and integration techniques, including experience with SuccessFactors APIs and integrations with other systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a regulated industry, such as banking or finance, is highly preferred.
  • ABAP programming skills are a significant advantage.
  • SuccessFactors certification(s) are a strong plus.
