The opportunity

In this role, you will be part of our Technology Consulting team, working on challenging Data management and governance projects for clients using the latest technologies.

Our Consulting services focus on business transformation programs, providing high-value advice and seamless, high-quality services globally. Our teams collaborate with clients from design to delivery of data strategy, analytics, and insight solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Work on Data Governance and Data Management projects with clients across Switzerland and internationally.
• Serve various sectors such as Life Sciences, Consumer Products & Retail, and domains like Supply Chain, Finance, Risk.
• Engage in knowledge sharing, training, and on-the-job learning.
• Contribute to developing new propositions and innovative solutions aligned with market needs.
• Support the growth of the Data Strategy, Management, and Governance team.

• Master's degree with at least three years' experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Master Data Management, Metadata Management, or Data Quality.
• Experience implementing data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA, DCAM, CMMI, COBIT) and conducting maturity assessments.
• Proficiency with MDM software (SAP MDG, Reltio, SAS) and governance tools (Collibra, Informatica).
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud is preferred.
• Proactive, flexible, team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Business fluency in English and German required.
• Interest or background in AI and data analytics is advantageous.
