About the Role

As our EU sales lead, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals with Europe’s most innovative companies in e-commerce, online marketplaces, digital media, and online travel. You will report to the CEO and work closely with the product team to define our go-to-market strategies.

This is a founder-style, high-impact role—strategic, consultative, and entrepreneurial in nature. You’ll represent Albatross externally and play a pivotal role in shaping our early go-to-market engine, revenue strategy, and customer partnerships. You are willing to travel significantly (up to 50%).

In This Role, You Will:

  • Prospect and qualify key accounts
  • Close enterprise deals and manage expansion of customer accounts
  • Help shape our sales playbook and build repeatable sales processes as we scale
  • Act as a strategic voice in positioning and messaging, working closely with product and leadership
  • Lead discovery conversations, drive demos and workshops
  • Report pipeline and learnings to the founders and product team

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales (MarTech, AI, search or personalization tools preferred)
  • Proven track-record closing large enterprise or mid-market deals
  • Established network in online retail within at least 1 European market (UK, France, Spain, Italy, Benelux, DACH, Nordics)
  • Fluent in English; German or French is a strong plus
  • Thrives in fast-moving, high-trust environments and brings a hands-on, leadership mindset
  • Understanding of technical products or AI/ML concepts is a strong plus
