Your role

Do you thrive on complex problems in mission-critical infrastructure? Are you logical, structured, and analytical? Can you deliver operational, process, and service improvements?

Are you an expert in platforms like Azure Cloud, LDAP, and other core technology platforms? Do you have experience influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners? Can you solve complex technical and business issues?

We seek an experienced Technical Identity Management Subject Matter Expert to join our production support team. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting our Critical Infrastructure & Security Production Infrastructure & applications in a follow-the-sun model.
  2. Leveraging automation and development technologies for operational stability and maintenance.
  3. Transferring technical requirements into integrated business solutions within a highly automated infrastructure.
  4. Performing risk and security self-assessments across our platforms.
  5. Handling complex issues and problem management.
  6. Supporting project delivery and service change activities.
  7. Governing the Permit to Operate (PTO) for new solutions.

You will work within the Technology Information Security Office Operations Team, providing global support for Identity Management Services across all business areas, offering valuable experience with the latest technology platforms.

Your expertise

You should have 5+ years of experience in Critical Infrastructure/Identity Management operations and automation, including:

  • Knowledge of resilience and recovery strategies in complex organizations.
  • Understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity principles.
  • Experience with disaster recovery solutions and management.
  • Experience with ITIL incident and problem management.
  • Hands-on experience with Identity and Access management products like Broadcom SiteMinder, Layer 7, PKI, OTP, and mobile authentication.
  • Understanding of DevOps tools, especially on Azure.
  • Knowledge of PKI, OAuth, SAML, TLS.
  • Linux (Red Hat 7/8).
  • Development skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python.
  • Experience with Splunk and monitoring solutions like System Centre Operations Manager.
  • Strong communication skills in English for liaising with stakeholders and management.
