Profile :

Education: Relevant higher level training

Experience & Competencies:

  1. Excellent understanding of current and future development and humanitarian issues.
  2. Proven knowledge and experience of the financing mechanisms and strategies of the main donors in Switzerland and abroad (CH, EU, US, UN in particular).
  3. Capacity to analyze, synthesize and evaluate trends.
  4. Proven experience in project management and risk management.

Languages:

Excellent writing, high level networking experience, and representation skills in French and English; Good knowledge of German.

IT:

Absolute mastery of the usual office automation tools.

Salary & General Conditions:

Salary between CHF 7400.- and CHF 8200.- gross x 13.36 depending on the level of experience.

25 days' vacation/year. 2 work from home days/week.
