**Responsibilities:**
- Lead the department for pain and eating disorders
- Represent the chief physician in their absence
- Train and supervise junior doctors
- Contribute to outpatient and inpatient service development
- Engage in quality and service improvement projects
- Occasionally cover background shifts

**Qualifications:**
- Completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Swiss medical diploma or MEBEKO recognition
- Leadership experience and strong team skills
- High service orientation and social competence
- Resilient, reflective, and committed personality
- Excellent German skills (C1)
