The Role

At BT&A, we act as trusted advisors and support our customers with their cloud transformation projects from both a business and IT perspective. We help customers in the private and public sectors solve their digitization challenges. In BT&A, you work with a variety of experts in a multi-disciplinary environment of motivated and experienced colleagues. Your goal is to increase customer value by:

• Developing and implementing business capabilities and IT strategies for digital transformation
• Preparing investment decisions based on value assessments and business cases
• Developing best-fit SAP cloud platform and application architectures, followed by transformation roadmaps in collaboration with process and solution experts
• Supporting large customer transformation projects as a transformation manager and advisor

For our Swiss branch, focusing on the local market, we seek an experienced SAP generalist to join our regional team (Switzerland & CEE).

Role Responsibilities

We are looking for advisory-minded colleagues with solid industry, process, SAP product, and architecture experience from a multinational environment. You will advise customers on developing and implementing business processes and IT strategies for digital transformation. Fluency in both German and English is required. You should also have:

• 1-3 years of experience in SAP advisory roles or internships
• Experience in customer project work with a focus on customer orientation
• Ability to think conceptually with focus on quality and deliverables
• Flexibility and adaptability in new environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of leading discussions
• A proactive, can-do attitude
