Your role

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Global Financial Intermediaries Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland. You’ll get to:

• Gain insight and work on projects with multiple stakeholders across the business
• Analyze complex situations and present findings in an understandable way
• Learn about the different products and services we offer to help our clients execute their investment strategies

Your team

You’ll be working in the Global Financial Intermediaries team, which provides integrated financial solutions to independent financial advisors and multifamily offices in EMEA.

Your expertise

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Have completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months
• Have a minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• Align with our values: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative
• Are strategic thinkers with strong communication skills
• Are motivated to work in a high-demand, deadline-driven environment
• Speak English fluently; German is a plus
