Role Overview

We are seeking a leader who enjoys guiding teams, shaping processes, and diving deep into technical challenges. This role involves responsibility and influence within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a development team and promote an agile, service-oriented work environment.
• Further develop and operate core business applications with a high degree of custom development (e.g., Sales Configurator, CRM, Customer Portal).
• Develop and maintain interfaces for integrated system processes.
• Collaborate with business units to analyze requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Strategically advance our application landscape.

Qualifications

• Educational background in computer science and leadership experience.
• Experience in application development (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, native applications).
• Knowledge of integration platforms, application operation, and support.
• Experience with industrial application landscapes, ideally including PLM systems.
• Strong process understanding and ability to implement technical solutions.
• Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus.
