We are looking for you for our location in Turgi as Senior Project Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities include - Project Leadership: Lead project teams, establish project execution strategies, and oversee project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring, and control activities. Project Execution and Control: Monitor and control project progress, financials, invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow. Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, ensuring all opportunities are pursued. Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Act as the key contact for customers and an escalation point for project issues. Contract and Claims Management: Ensure consistent application of contract and claims management in accordance with company policies and contractual agreements. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies.

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main interface between customers and project participants, fostering strong relationships to align expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
Team Leadership: Lead internal project teams across various functions and disciplines to deliver the project
Coordination and Execution: Oversee procurement, production, logistics, installation, and commissioning processes, ensuring timely implementation of solutions to meet project milestones
Contractual and Financial Management: Fulfill all contractual obligations and ensure the financial success of projects, including tracking requirements and managing project budgets and improving project margins
Sales and Variation Orders: Realize additional sales and manage variation orders with customers
Reporting: Present and report project financials & project status to upper management monthly and to other project stakeholders
Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, create and implement cost-out and cost-benefit plans, and support accurate cost calculations for sales offers.
Quality and HSE Management: Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Resource Management: Allocate & manage resources according to project requirements and resolve any resource conflicts
Risk and Issue Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and issues. Develop and implement mitigation strategies
Your background
Successfully completed studies, preferably in electrical engineering or mechatronics, combined with further commercial training
Advanced knowledge of project management obtained through education and relevant professional experience in the energy sector or a similar environment experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop project teams
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and good intuition for customer requirements and strong customer relationship management skills
Strong ability to manage and coordinate tasks, projects and special topics independently, autonomously and under deadline pressure and to present the results to a forum
International work experience desirable
Fluent in written and spoken German and English, preferably another foreign language
Willingness for occasional business trips worldwide
Very good communication and presentation skills
