Drive clarity in complexity. As Program Facilitator, you ensure structure, coordination, and alignment within the Growing Together Program, supporting seamless execution and enabling cross-functional transformation across two leading cargo organizations.

Tasks

You will support the Program Lead by driving the operational backbone of the Growing Together Program, ensuring coordination across streams, alignment of deliverables, and smooth communication to enable successful program execution.

• Provide operational support to the Program Lead in planning, coordinating, and executing program activities
• Ensure alignment of timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across all workstreams and initiatives
• Prepare decision-making materials and documentation for key meetings and governance bodies
• Track decisions and follow up on actions to ensure timely completion and accountability
• Facilitate structured communication and information flow within the program team and with stakeholders
• Support overall program governance by coordinating inputs, updates, and reporting cycles

Requirements

• Strong organizational and coordination skills with a hands-on approach to managing tasks and timelines
• Ability to communicate clearly, track decisions, and support structured collaboration across diverse teams
• Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders and handling multiple priorities
• Skilled in preparing concise materials, presentations, and documentation for decision-making
• A proactive and reliable team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Eagerness to contribute to a high-impact transformation program and grow through real-time experience in a complex environment
• Background in logistics, aviation, or process-driven industries is a plus
