Your main tasks:

1. Lead approximately 5-10 employees in the HVAC sector.
2. Record, deactivate, and modify building technology systems, plan maintenance and servicing work, and assist in multi-year technical planning.
3. Coordinate and process work orders via ticket system and proactively advise and inform the customer.
4. Obtain quotes for third-party services, coordinate third-party companies and maintenance contracts, and assist in technical projects.
5. Place orders and process invoices in the technical area.
6. Assist in planning/organizing on-call duty and maintain on-call manuals.

Your profile:

1. Completed training with EFZ as an electrical installer or in the HVAC sector.
2. At least 2 years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable technical role.
3. Good PC skills (MS Office) and enjoyment in using specific internal tools.
4. Fluent German in spoken and written, good spoken English skills.
5. Strong customer orientation and high-quality standards.
6. Independent, proactive, and structured working style.
7. Impeccable conduct (criminal and debt register extract).
