Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Deputy Managing Director / Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Switzerland. This full-time on-site position is pivotal as it combines responsibilities of strategic leadership and client management, aiming to foster long-term partnerships with key accounts while driving the company's strategic initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage key account relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and align services accordingly.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
• Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements.
• Oversee and mentor a team of account managers to enhance performance and achieve targets.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance and strategic progress for senior management.
• Engage in networking and relationship-building activities within industry events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize brand presence and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all client interactions.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with client accounts.
• Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage accounts and track client interactions.
• Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in account management or strategic roles.
• Proven track record of managing key client accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German or French is a plus.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and forecasts.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
