About the Opportunity:

We seek a Business Development Director to join our European Institutional Business Development team. You will shape growth initiatives and drive institutional sales in Europe, focusing on new business opportunities.

You will collaborate with regional teams to enhance performance, provide tailored solutions, mentor team members, optimize client profiles, secure high-value deals, and ensure compliant client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop growth strategies with the European BD Team Leader and propose achievement plans.
  • Identify and pursue institutional sales opportunities, building a strong pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify skill gaps in regional teams and suggest strategies to address them.
  • Propose solutions and collaborate with the PM team to resolve complex issues.
  • Guide team members on sales strategies and prioritization.
  • Develop client profiles, replicate success cases, and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Provide feedback on client needs and service gaps to senior management and product teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales success in building pipelines, developing opportunities, and closing deals in Europe.
  • Experience in trade finance and crypto sectors.
  • Knowledge of regional market dynamics and high-value sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of our products.
  • High tenacity, grit, proactiveness.
