We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Social Media and Marketing Specialist for Orthopaedic Research. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our research institute on social media platforms and connecting with orthopaedic surgeons globally. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and organizing international orthopaedic conferences.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our research and connect with orthopaedic surgeons
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
- Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent and impactful communication
- Organize and coordinate international orthopaedic conferences, including logistics, speaker arrangements, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with the research team to understand and effectively communicate clinical procedures and research findings
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media marketing and orthopaedic surgery
- Master's degreein healthor related field
- Proven experience in social media marketing and communications, preferably in the healthcare or orthopaedic field
- Strong understanding of clinical procedures in orthopaedic surgery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in organizing and coordinating international conferences
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
