Overview Of Role
The Client Adviser – UK Offshore is the face of Rothschild & Co's business. The Client Advisor leads new client acquisition and retention through a broad knowledge of investments, banking, and financial planning.
The successful candidate will focus on acquiring and retaining HNW & UHNW clients either in the UK or affiliated with the UK. A proven track record in market and product expertise, along with strong business development skills, is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

1. Ability to formulate and execute on a 3-5 years strategy & business plan with target AuM’s and people
2. Proven successful track record in building trusted relationships with clients, client acquisition and deliver excellent service
3. Find opportunities liaising with teams across our locations in Europe, particularly the UK, to ensure seamless service and integrated solutions for clients
4. A passion to perform in a highly motivated team, entrepreneurial and teamwork is essential
5. Ability to provide strong financial and quantitative analysis
6. Excellent presentation and communication skills, persuasive personality

Experience, Qualifications, Skills And Competencies Required

1. Solid business experience of 5 – 10 years in Private Banking covering UK clients
2. To be well-connected within the UK business eco-system is an asset, with a strategic angle, whether in a sector, or a target market segmentation
3. Strong knowledge of global financial markets and experience in structuring and managing portfolios across all asset classes
4. Good foundations and experience in financial planning, which includes tax, law and estate planning knowledge
5. Person of integrity, high sense of responsibility, personal engagement/initiative, pronounced entrepreneurial attitude, seeking continuous improvement
6. Creative mind in finding investment solutions for clients in challenging market circumstances
7. Awareness and knowledge of compliance, legal and regulatory practice in the relevant markets
8. Flexibility, curiosity, ‘can do’ attitude, high social competence, proactive
