We are seeking a skilled and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and management of our digital and solution-based offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical / digital / AI background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in product management of digital products, preferably in the textile industry.

Product Manager - Digital and Solution Business

Your backpack

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in product management with a proven record of building and growing digital services. Textile knowledge and experience is an important advantage.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of front-end and back-end development, data pipelines, and user experience design.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a clear product/portfolio vision and strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Market Research: Explore, sense, understand, and evaluate customer needs, opportunity size by testing fast and utilizing modern design thinking solutions.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, engineers, marketers) to develop and launch digital products and solutions.
  • Product Success: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and customer satisfaction. Ensure product-market fit.
  • User Experience: Ensure products are user-friendly and meet customer expectations through continuous feedback and iteration.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance using relevant metrics and tools, making data-driven decisions for improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
