Job Description:

Job Summary

Assists raters and team leads in routine tasks. Enters data into customers’ files, gathers and sends documents.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in clerical tasks: information gathering, documentation, photocopying, faxing, splitting, etc.
2. Perform data entry/scanning.
3. Complete first screening of B3 (customers’ files), open LVS, etc.
4. Assist raters in general office duties: reports, forms, claims, etc.
5. Answer phone calls from partners and other offices.
6. Operate scanning station for imaging.

Qualifications:

• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong typing skills.
• Ability to read spreadsheets, extract information in Excel format, and communicate findings to management team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks and promote a positive work environment.
