Key Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across diverse platforms.
  • Manage IT support tickets with precision, ensuring timely resolutions and user satisfaction.
  • Assist end-users , providing clear and effective technical guidance to address their IT needs.
  • Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
  • Document and organize IT assets and support activities, ensuring up-to-date records.

Required Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in English and French (bilingual)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified : Azure Fundamentals , or equivalent.
  • Mastery in Windows and MacOS environments and familiarity with basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, firewalls).
  • Experience with Active Directory and IT infrastructure management.
