This role involves optimizing product operations, managing projects, and ensuring smooth support and testing processes. Key responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance, managing interfaces with document editors, and handling release execution.

1. Oversee and develop the testing team in India to ensure high-quality outputs
2. Manage support organization and process flows for excellent service delivery
3. Act as the main contact for document editors to ensure effective communication
4. Manage release processes for timely product updates in line with Product and Project Steering
5. Maintain clear documentation related to the product and its operations
6. Lead cross-functional projects ensuring effective coordination and timely delivery

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in IT, business, economics, or similar
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in product operations, project management, or similar roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead projects successfully
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
• Knowledge of document management systems (advantageous)
• Experience with testing and DevOps processes (advantageous)
• Experience in the aviation industry (advantageous)
• Fluent in German and English
