Automation and Integration Program Leader

The Automation and Integration Program Leader is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Automation programs to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity. This role ensures seamless integration of automation technologies with MES and Global MAKE Systems, driving continuous improvement and collaboration with technology vendors and partners.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead Automation Programs: Oversee the development and implementation of Automation Programs to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity in MES Global MAKE systems.
  2. Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Automation Technologies with MES and Global MAKE Systems.
  3. Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging automation technologies and recommend solutions that meet the company’s needs in MES and MAKE Systems deployment.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of automation initiatives on MES and MAKE Systems.
  5. Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors and partners to ensure the development of effective automation solutions for MES and MAKE Systems.
  6. Training and Development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: Master’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field.

Required Years of Related Experience:

  • Min 10-12 years of work experience in KPIs monitoring/MAKE Excellence/Production System Management in Multinational Company’s Operations.
  • Strong understanding of network and manufacturing architecture, protocols, and technologies.
  • Presenting compelling business cases and budgets to gain stakeholder consensus.
