Commercial Director Switzerland

The Commercial Director plays a key role in managing the performance in the respective country through all sales channels and customer types. Both at the strategic and operational levels, this role is a highly cross-functional activity.

Deploy and manage Lynk & Co’s dual distribution strategy in the respective market to optimize sales via the Lynk & Co Dealer network and Online sales.

What you'll do

  • Focus on commercial performance of new car sales through dealer network and corporate sales
  • Manage used cars business within sales, stock management
  • Oversee subscription sales and operations
  • Collaborate with the dealer network to meet country targets
  • Establish and manage a strong, professional dealer network structure within the Lynk & Co strategy
  • Develop and maintain a robust ecosystem within corporate sales to achieve
  • Lynk & Co's strategic goals
  • Work closely with leasing companies, B2B customers, and market influencers
  • As market lead, ensure commercial performance in terms of orders, deliveries, customer satisfaction, dealer satisfaction, and channel management
  • Lead the market and represent performance, with support from all functions
  • Leading personality with excellent communication skills and high integrity
  • Strong sense of delivery and eagerness to achieve timely, quality results
  • Great commitment and passion for the role, business-driven, well-organized, proactive
  • Ability to listen, engage, create results through others, and implement business decisions

What you should have

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, particularly in Sales, After Sales, or Dealer Network Management
  • Proven leadership and management capabilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Team-oriented, with strong negotiation skills, resilience, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in both written and spoken in English, German and French
