Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels while representing major brands
• Build and maintain professional relationships with partners, demonstrating empathy
• Achieve targets set by the client and internal goals

Requirements:

• Fluency in German
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong soft skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
• Computer literacy and tech-savviness
• Resourcefulness and ability to multitask
• Ability to thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
