General
Seeking a strong operator with rooms background, hands on leader, service quality obsessed. Managing and overseeing all activities related to operations, including guest and employee satisfaction, company and service culture, financial performance, sales, marketing, and revenue growth and optimization.
Assume authority of General Manager in his/her absence.
Assume the role of Hotel Spokesperson in the absence of the General Manager in any emergency or crisis situation.
Respond appropriately in the event of any hotel emergency or safety situation and comply with all local codes and ordinances with a focus on guest and employee safety.
Maintain a solid working relationship with the Hotel Owners and participate in Owner’s meetings.
Personally meet and interact with guests, review all written guest comments and follow up on any guest service issues or needs.
Directly supervise at a minimum the Director of Rooms, Director of Food and Beverage and Director of Engineering.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the General Manager or Four Seasons Home Office.
Actively participate in the relaunch of the property after extensive refurbishment works

Ability to enhance FS brand leadership with infusion of local heritage and culture into the product and service offerings
Exposure to and appreciation of best-in-class product offerings, can innovate and creatively enhance hotel product
Outcome focused on guest experience and has a track record of delivering at a superior level as a leader in the Country
Be a product champion and inspire the operations team towards excellence and being hands on
Ensure proper execution of Capital Plan
Maintain Forbes 5-star rating for the hotel and regain Forbes 5-star rating for the Spa
Active ambassador of Four Seasons for good activities
