To join our Life Sciences team in Bern, we are looking for a German-speaking Technical Project Manager specializing in Fill & Finish.

The Project :

• Lead end-to-end technical project management for Fill & Finish operations
• Drive technology transfer, process validation, and equipment implementation
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, engineering, and regulatory affairs
• Ensure adherence to GMP, EHS, and other compliance standards
• Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communications
• Provide regular updates to senior management and global teams

Your Profile :

• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial pharmacy, or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industries.
• Expertise in aseptic filling technologies and associated regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong team management and effective communication skills.
• High analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent in English and German.
