Founded in 2017 in Zurich (Switzerland), Eqip is a fast-growing enterprise-focused marketplace for external IT workforce and services, with SaaS-based IT supplier/vendor management tools used by over 8,000 suppliers and over 200 clients globally. Suppliers that participate in our marketplace are professional staffing, integration, and outsourcing firms.

We win the largest enterprise clients thanks to a strategic combination of our own active Marketplace and Vendor Management SaaS tools (also used just for existing "preferred" suppliers). The combination of these two elements creates a client-controlled competitive environment for all external suppliers. This generates massive added value for clients through budget and timeline optimization, enabling Eqip to win enterprise clients despite existing preferred suppliers or other VMS software.

Tasks

  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Assist Key Account Managers with current clients and sales activities
  • Conduct independent sales activities
  • Maintain customer data in CRM and provide regular reports to the Sales Director
  • Develop new sales approaches within the team

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional sales or sales support experience, either in staffing or SaaS technology
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong networking and communication skills, with a passion for customer acquisition and care
  • Energetic, professional, and proactive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and German (Swiss German is a plus)
