Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine R&D is recruiting for a Senior Engineer, Analytics and Productivity Solutions located in Allschwil, Switzerland. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis with approval.
The IDAR Analytics and Productivity Solutions Team is passionate about using data to drive decisions, focusing on usability to reduce barriers to data interpretation by global development organizations.
The Senior Engineer will re-imagine existing solutions and build new data and analytical solutions, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to develop tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Power Automate, PowerApps, Quickbase, SharePoint, among others. Responsibilities include experimenting with data sources, supporting user training, designing and developing analytics solutions, maintaining and updating solutions, and partnering with IT and vendors.
Qualifications include a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 2 years of experience in analytics/reporting solution design, proficiency with visualization software, and experience with datasets. Preferred experience includes drug development, clinical operations data, and project management. Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and collaboration skills are essential. The role may require travel to support project teams.
