(Senior) Manager - Tax Mobility - Integrated Mobility (Basel)

The opportunity

Our Tax Mobility business focuses on people management, aiming to assist clients in managing compliance, reporting, and risks associated with deploying a globally mobile workforce.

As part of the global team, this group benefits from strategic investments and anticipates significant growth. You will lead advisory projects (business travel, equity-based compensation, mobility technology, etc.), ensuring technical excellence and a practical approach. You will manage global services for a large Swiss multinational and develop a compliance and advisory team based in Switzerland.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with global tax teams.
• Handle engagements, conduct tax briefings, research, liaise with authorities, and review tax returns.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Coach and develop team members.

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Economics.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in consultancy, focusing on global personal income tax services; cross-border tax and social security experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Experience managing large global clients.
• Ability to provide international tax and social security planning.
• Experience developing large global networks.
• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
• Attention to detail and high-quality standards.
