Responsibilities

• Managing HVAC & Cooling Systems – Overseeing the design, installation, and commissioning of high-capacity cooling solutions to maintain optimal temperatures for data centre operations.
• Coordinating with MEP Teams – Working closely with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within the facility.
• Ensuring Compliance & Safety – Ensuring all mechanical installations adhere to industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations, including ASHRAE and ISO requirements.
• Budgeting & Resource Planning – Managing project costs, procurement, and subcontractors, ensuring effective allocation of materials and resources throughout the project.
• Overseeing Commissioning & Testing – Conducting system validation, performance testing, and troubleshooting mechanical components to ensure operational efficiency and reliability before handover.

Requirements

• Mechanical background
• Experience in construction, installation, and commissioning
• Industrial experience, including pharma sector
