The Business Systems Transformation Program Lead, whilst located in our headquarters in Geneva and reporting into the segment President & Chief Executive Officer and to Dover executive leadership, leads a team of technical and functional resources through ERP-process and business system analysis, optimization and transformation.
In partnership with our Global Process Owners, the incumbent will lead the business transformation program to both prepare for modern technology deployment as well as to transform our existing processes leveraging current (ECC) and future-state (S4/HANA) technology.
The selected candidate will have an opportunity to leverage their prior experience in designing, deploying and supporting modern ERP systems, such as S4/HANA, to automate, streamline and optimize end-to-end enterprise planning systems.
What you will do:
- Lead a cross-functional team of technical and functional resources to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs. Create value-based business proposals for all projects to ensure alignment with business goals, objectives and resources.
- Work across all phases of the end-to-end business lifecycle to design, develop, test and implement enterprise resource planning (ERP) for global (multi-site) businesses, utilizing SAP modules (ECC, SAP B1 and S4) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- In partnership with functional and technical process owners, identify gaps in the enterprise data model (governance and master data management) that must be incorporated within transformation plan to ensure key objectives are met.
- Leverage experience in designing, building, deploying and supporting S4/HANA to guide program team in sound technical design with a goal of leveraging modern technology enhancements to automate, simplify and streamline business processes whilst minimizing customizations and un-supported configurations.
- Own and execute a multi-year progressive transformation program to take the business from current-state to a highly optimized, lean and efficient future-state on modern ERP technology stack.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business transformation plan to equip internal stakeholders for change in both current-state and future-state technology; minimize dependencies on 3rd-party partners to achieve and/or sustain transformational efforts.
- Track and report on project and milestone deliverables to executive leadership using industry tools such as MS Project, PowerPoint, Jira and/or Confluence; Identify program risks, develop mitigation plans, and execute accordingly to ensure project delivery to schedule, cost and Plan.
- Lead project resources through Sprint Testing, Feature Testing, Business Scenario Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions.
- Analyze and document current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state and to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing MS PowerPoint and Visio.
What you need to have:
- BS / BA degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or STEM-related field required.
- Proven experience in ERP business systems deployment, development and/or support.
- Extensive experience in leading business transformation programs & leading cross-functional teams.
- Extensive experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and with S4/HANA strongly preferred.
- SD/MM/PP core competence Required; SD/MM integration points with finance.
- Proven experience working with and analyzing SAP general integration/interface knowledge (no coding experience is required but a technical understanding of SAP / ABAP capabilities is necessary).
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile project management methodologies.
- PMP and/or SAP Certifications is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-regional teams.
- Must be willing to document program deliverables, capture process flows, and develop project communications for key project stakeholders (process owners to executive leadership).
