Job Opportunity: Unified Communications Contractor

Location: Basel, Switzerland (Hybrid – Onsite & Remote)

Rate: 112 CHF/hour

Duration: 12 Months

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to work on a Unified Communications platform - specificall across Teams & Webex

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and integrate Microsoft Teams, Webex, Cisco Telephony, and related systems
• Maintain and optimize existing Unified Communications (UC) infrastructure
• Deploy and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and Webex Devices across the organization
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex UC issues
• Contribute to planning and strategy for future UC enhancements
  
  
  

• Proven experience in Microsoft Teams and Webex administration and deployment
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Telephony systems
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Webex Devices
• Solid understanding of UC architecture, integrations, and troubleshooting
• Based in or willing to commute to Basel several times a week (Hybrid work model)
  
  
  

• Attractive hourly rate of 112 CHF/hour
