System Engineer

Job Opportunity : Unified Communications Contractor

Rate : 112 CHF / hour

Duration : 12 Months

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to work on a Unified Communications platform - specificall across Teams & Webex

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and integrate Microsoft Teams , Webex , Cisco Telephony , and related systems
• Maintain and optimize existing Unified Communications (UC) infrastructure
• Deploy and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and Webex Devices across the organization
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex UC issues
• Contribute to planning and strategy for future UC enhancements

Requirements :

• Proven experience in Microsoft Teams and Webex administration and deployment
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Telephony systems
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Webex Devices
• Solid understanding of UC architecture, integrations , and troubleshooting
• Based in or willing to commute to Basel several times a week (Hybrid work model)
