Missions
- Plan, organize, and coordinate on-site work, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Supervise onsite teams and ensure smooth communication between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage administrative and financial aspects of projects, including billing and budget tracking.
Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in construction management (minimum 7 years), especially in civil engineering and concrete works.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with rigor and organization.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of current standards and regulations.
