We’re Hiring: Head of Business Development & Partnerships (Revenue-Sharing Model)

Location: Remote | Sector: International Development & Human Resources

Start: ASAP | Contract Type: Associate / Revenue-Sharing Agreement

Talentum Consulting (www.talentum-consulting.com) is a boutique human resources consulting firm working globally with international organizations, NGOs, and mission-driven institutions. We specialize in HR advisory, talent programs, and career development for professionals and organizations in the international development sector.

We’re looking for a proactive, strategic, and entrepreneurial professional to join us as Head of Business Development & Partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute our commercial strategy

• Build and manage a client pipeline across international organizations, NGOs, and governmental bodies

• Lead or support the development of proposals and strategic partnerships

• Collaborate directly with the CEO to shape the firm’s growth trajectory

• Co-create new service offers (programs, advisory packages) and drive them to market

Who You Are

• A seasoned professional in the international development or multilateral sector, with deep knowledge of HR and talent issues

• Experienced in consulting or business development, ideally with previous experience in a boutique or mission-driven consultancy

• Commercially minded and able to structure a business plan, track leads, and close deals

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving start-up environment

• Exceptionally organized, structured, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Able to engage credibly with C-level executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers in international organizations

• Well-networked in the non-profit, governmental, and multilateral ecosystem

Contract Type

This is a revenue-sharing position: compensation is based on the value of contracts and programs generated and/or delivered. This model is ideal for a purpose-driven entrepreneur looking to grow with us in an agile, results-oriented way.
