Our client

Our client is a global multinational in the packaging industry.

This is a newly created individual contributor role, reporting into a new Sales Organisation in Europe, which focuses on the segment of Food Retailers and Private Label Food Producers. The position is home-based and covers the complete Polish territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in Poland.
  • Look for new opportunities and areas of growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as R&D, Product Marketing and Operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with several years of experience in the food packaging market, serving clients and developing business with food retailers and private label food producers. The hired person will bring a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

In terms of educational background, we expect a degree or equivalent professional qualification in business administration, sales, marketing, or a similar field.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Languages:

  • Fluent Polish

Travel:

  • The role requires frequent and regular travel across Poland.
