This function is vital in facilitating meaningful learning experiences that elevate professional skills, inspire confidence, and ultimately improve patient outcomes globally.
You play a crucial role in bringing our education programs to life by managing and delivering hands-on workshops that enable healthcare professionals to confidently use Straumann innovations.
Your Impact:
As the Medical Education Workflow Application Manager, you focus on the day-to-day preparation, setup, and delivery of educational experiences. You work closely with KOLs, product managers, events teams, markets and global logistics teams to ensure the end-to-end delivery and success of engaging learning experiences.

Core Responsibilities:
- Create practical, interactive and effective hands-on learning experiences with expert speakers to maximize learning outcomes
- Lead the end-to-end management of training kits for hands-on workshops and learning experiences at international courses and congresses, including planning, preparation, logistics together with operations team, onsite management of materials, and post event controls
- Represent Straumann and its solutions confidently to diverse audiences, fostering strong customer connections
- Establish continuous improvement of innovative training kits and enablers
Your Background and Skills:
- 5 years minimum experience in dental implantology, with hands-on clinical training or lab technician background
- Skilled in roadmap management, organizing and supporting hands-on workshops or training events
- Comfortable working with technical equipment and digital tools
- Strong communication and teaching abilities, combined with commercial mindset
- Proficiency with MS Office and online collaboration platforms
- Fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus
