The opportunity
As part of our Risk Consulting Team, you will advise companies across various industries outside the financial services sector on how to maintain trust and realize opportunities in an ever-changing world. We support our clients in identifying, assessing, and managing business and digital risks.

Your key responsibilities
- Support the documentation and implementation of digital governance policies and procedures, including digital risk management.
- Assist companies in analyzing technological and digital risks and establishing measures to mitigate risks related to Trusted AI, Ethical Use of Technology, and GRC Technology implementations.
- Advise clients on digital transformation projects, such as transitioning to SAP S/4HANA.
- Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) assessments to identify conflicts in user roles and access rights, and help develop remediation plans.
- Assist in implementing Identity and Access Management lifecycle processes.
- Design and deploy new Software Asset Management solutions and Managed Service concepts.
Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Information Management, Business IT & Management, Data Analytics, IT Risk Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT/Digital Risk Management, AI Risk Management, GRC, SAP GRC, ServiceNow, Archer, SOD, IT transformations, or related fields. Industry experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Products, or Manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT Risk Frameworks (COSO, ISO27001, NIST) and frameworks for applications, data, cloud, and IT governance.
- Curious about new technologies and digitalization.
- Fast learner with a growth mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in an international, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to travel 20-30% across Europe and globally.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German or French; additional languages are a plus.
