• You actively shape the upgrade of consignment data core functionalities and design technical upgrades and modernizations of our national and regional transport management ecosystem.
• You use your technical expertise in an environment of cutting-edge technologies such as Kubernetes, Container, and Kafka in the cloud.
• With your passion for design, communication skills, and team spirit, you implement exciting upgrades and modernizations for Logistics Services alongside the DevOps teams.
• You integrate applications, partner systems, and platforms into our IT landscape in a sustainable, high-performance, and reliable manner.
• You assume a key role in planning and designing solution architectures, drive forward implementation ideas, and consider quality, security, economic aspects, and future development trends.
• As part of a committed team of architects, you play a significant role in shaping strategic orientation, reference architecture, guidelines, and toolchain.

What you have to offer

Your training in informatics (BSc, MSc, or similar) helps you to familiarize yourself quickly with your varied fields of activity.

• You have experience in the design and implementation of software systems and interfaces.
• You have extensive knowledge of software development and understand the concepts of service- and event-oriented architectures, ideally in Java and/or .NET environment.
• You use your analytical and abstracting skills to help technical experts implement innovative solutions.
• You have hands-on experience in cloud technologies, API design, messaging, CI/CD, and architecture documentation.
• You enjoy agile working methods (Scrum, SAFe, DevOps) and have exceptional empathy, a thirst for knowledge, and the ability to handle criticism.
• You have a good command of English and German.
