HR Manager Training & Development

The Manager Training & Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and growth in all Jungbunzlauer production sites. This role involves assessing training needs, creating learning initiatives, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Local HR Manager in annual workforce review on the production sites to identify training & development needs.
2. Develop and implement training strategies for line managers, shift leaders, and shift operators.
3. Review and improve local apprenticeship programs in cooperation with local HR Manager.
4. Create and deliver training programs on various topics such as leadership, technical skills, and soft skills.
5. Improve onboarding and training process for operators. Develop an operator development program.
6. Conduct needs assessments and measure training effectiveness.
7. Support employee development through coaching of line managers.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. 5+ years of experience in training & development.
3. Strong experience in instructional design and facilitation.
4. Excellent communication and project management skills.
5. Experience with Learning Management Systems (Oracle or similar).
6. Business fluent knowledge of German and English.

The gross annual salary for this position starting from €65,000, with willingness to overpay dependent on your specific qualifications.
