IT Business Analyst (80 -100%)

Your mission

We are looking for a motivated IT Business Analyst who excels at researching, finding, and implementing innovative solutions to business challenges.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing, optimizing and documenting business processes in a global manufacturing environment.
You will contribute to the ongoing development of our business-critical systems including SAP, Microsoft CRM, and Analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes and workflows, identify inefficiencies and gaps, propose optimized, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and support IT teams during the design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives and deliverables.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process flows, and user guides; support end-user training and enhancements adoption.
• Ensure coordination with 3rd party suppliers on incidents and change management.

Your profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position with exposure to SAP environments, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of business process and documentation techniques (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
• SAP and PMP certifications are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German languages.
