We are looking for a Boutique Manager for our new Boutique in Zürich.
As a Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving all operational objectives, and ensuring compliance with the brand's standards within the boutique. You will oversee recruitment, development, and coaching of your boutique team by offering motivation, encouragement, and support. Your role is critical in maintaining and delivering a consistently high level of customer service. Additionally, you will implement the company's business plans and strategies, ensuring the boutique adheres to the guidelines and procedures established by headquarters (HQ).
Your main tasks will include:
Profil
Solid experience in managing luxury boutiques, ideally in watchmaking, jewelry, or accessories, with a proven ability to meet the expectations of a demanding clientele.
Strong sales acumen paired with assertive leadership, allowing you to guide and motivate your team with determination and empathy.
Familiarity with the Swiss market, particularly the Zürich area, with an established network of clients or partners being a plus.
Flexible, communicative, proactive, and able to handle projects independently.
