Role Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Align project outcomes with client goals and business value.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams, empowering colleagues and clients alike.
• Establish trust-based relationships with clients, acting as a partner and advisor.
• Support bid and proposal processes through effort estimation, solution design, and planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Several years of experience managing complex software, IT, or technology consulting projects.
• Cross-industry experience and confidence working in corporate environments.
• Broad understanding of business and technology with deep expertise in specific areas (T-shaped skills).
• Strong customer focus and a solution-oriented approach to complex challenges.
• Proven leadership of diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
• University degree (bachelor’s or master’s), with project management certifications (e.g., PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, SAFe) as a plus.
• Native-level German (C1) and very good English skills.
